I am an empassioned fan of mandalas. Not only because I love symmetry (as much as asymmetry). Not only because I love kaleidoscopes. Not only because I love the sun and everything radiant. Not only because I love op-ed art (an entry on Bridget Riley forthcoming). Not only because they symbolize the chakras. But because they infuse me with energy when I look at them. They are alive.
